Nestopia

a Nintendo - NES Emulator on the Windows/DOS platform

This incredible NES emulator lived up to its name upon its very first release. It was written in C++ and it is perfect for games requiring precise timing (like Marble Madness). With support for an incredible amount of mappers, it outdoes some of the best NES emulators around. It also supports NSFs, the famicom disk system, save states, IPS patching, battery-saved ram, NES movie files, and many VS-Unisystem games. Finally, it emulates four non-standard controllers (including the Power Pad).

I love this emulator its my weapon of choice when it comes to playing NES games on windows. Since it supports the most mappers than any other NES emulator ever made , making it the most compatible. It ran any game i threw at it flawlessly full speed with perfect sound.

Also its got full Game Genie code support for all you cheaters out there lol.

Supports any joysticks or gamepads USB or game port.
