This emulator is part of a series of japanese *FAN Plus emulators. It's for Windows, and it is pretty fast (it should be able to acheive full speed on a P133). It has sound support, and it supports an average number of mappers. However, it's shareware, so the directional controls are disabled. It costs 2000 yen to register.
