Unofficial SNES9x 9.9.7

There is now a new version of the Unofficial SNES9x. Here's what's new:
  • New color blending code
  • Fixed a portion of the memory map
  • Game operation and indication correction
  • Small modification to the IRQ operation
  • Added up-to-date SNESAPU
