SNem WIP v0.093

Tom Walker has released another WIP version of his SNES emulator SNem! The WIP versions are basically building the emulator from scratch again. As with the other WIP versions, source code is included in the package. Changes since the last WIP:
  • Improved 65816 and SPC timing
  • Also made an attempt at fast/slowrom speeds
