Quick Basic VGBA Frontend v0.42

Kojote sent me the new version of his DOS frontend for VGBA...here's the changes:

Number of Interrupts per Screen could be now between 1 and 10 instead of 1 Time only!

In some cases People were not able to see the Romfilelist, even if VGBA, the Roms and the Frontend are in the same Directory! Download it from the Gameboy frontends.
