NeoPocott 0.38b

It was also released for a number of different operating systems, DOS,Windows,Mac,BeOS,Acorn Risc OS, and the Dreamcast port coming tonight. :) There is ENTIRELY too much new to list here, so head on over to the official NeoPocott homepage to see what all's new with all t he different ports.
