FB Config v0.9.0

Mystiq updated his Final Burn configuration util....we used to call it "Final Burn Key Config", but since then the author found an official name for it. Here's what's new:
  • Loading Finalburn.ini wouldn't let you view all the options, stupid variables
  • File->Quit didn't work, cuz there was no code in it :)
  • Finalburn.ini interface overhaul, totally new interface and fast &very easy way to add support for new options This is a must-have for any serious Final Burn user...head to the General Utilities to grab it.
