H2 is a suite of programs that build a database of all recognisable media files on a machine (or set of CD-ROMs etc) and, using that database, present a front-end to you with them listed and categorised. From this front-end you can 'play' the media files. It works for a huge number of types of files, from ROMs to MP3s.
