Use Zapdos, Mewtwo, Suicune, Tyranitar, Ho-Oh, and Celebi all level 100. Use MissingNo. glitch in red/blue to dupe TMs, vitamins, and Rare Candies to boost Zapdos' and Mewtwo's stats. Train your pokes. Stat exp. still count at max level. High DVs recommended. After all that you can beat Prime Cup R2 and Gym Leader Castle R2. If you need help with Little Cup R2, check YouTube.
