Zelda 2 Edit

Another Save State Editor by Mage has been added - Zelda 2 Edit. The editor is designed for Nesticle Save States of Zelda II: The Adventure of Link, and is programmed in Visual Basic (requires run-time files). It has quite a few features and a nice Windows GUI.
