VGBA v0.2

Robert just sent us some news that Marat Fayzullin has released VGBA, his GameBoy Advance emulator. So far it only runs homebrewn demos (since Nintendo didn't release GBA yet). Not sure whether or not it will remain freeware...I've emailed Marat and am waiting for a reponse. Grab it from the GBA emulators.
