UOMAME v0.57

UOMAME has been updated to v0.57. Here's what's new:

Disable 2001 games by request.
Fix game name for garouo.
Some dipswitch fix from stephh.
Rom changes for kof2000nd.
s1945p 68k clock speed changed to 24Mhz.
Added Gunforce 2.
