Unofficial nester

Here's another one of those unofficial nester releases. Here's what's new:
  • support Nestoy's ROM database. put 'nesdbase.dat' to the same directory of nester.exe
  • support 'VS Battle City (Bootleg)'
  • support 'VS Excitebike (Alt)' and 'VS Pinball (Alt)'.
  • fixed mappers 5, 44, 105 Get it at the NES page.
