Ultra Lite progress
posted in Site News by swampgas on Nov 30th, 2000I'm home from work now, so as promised, I added a feature to retrieve old news from ZD Ultra Lite. You might notice a Hitbox reference at the bottom of some pages...that's to track the page hits. In the few hours that Ultra Lite as been online, it's become the 2nd most visited page on ZD (aside from the main news page). Also, I've gotten many emails about having a Slashbox for ZD on Slashdot. I emailed the Slashdot people about it, so we'll see. Anyhoo, I need to focus on getting the new search system up, so ZD Ultra Lite is going to be on the back burner now. I'm still taking suggestions for it, though...drop me a line.
