Turaco v1.1.3

This utility Turaco is a Mame arcade games tile editor that supports 847 drivers currently. Also has many features inluding editing the tiles in the pattern tables and palettes, and other editing features. This utility has been updated quite some time ago and I thought that I would add it and tell you all about it. You can download this utility in the Translations Utilities section.
