TourMAME v56.4 Source released

TourMAME, an alternate version of MAME, has had it's source code updated. The binaries still remain at version 54.4. This version adds support for Metal Slug 3 and King of Fighters 2000, among other things. It can be downloaded from the MAME Emulators area.
