TilEd 2002 v0.64 build 2600

Tenchi wtIs has released a new version of TilEd 2002. The current version (v0.64 build 2600) of this tile editor adds the following features:
  • Cool new XP-style toolbar! ^_^
  • New favorites file format, easily editable by any text editor
  • Some improvements to the interface
