Tile Layer Pro 1.1

The new version, 1.1, includes support for Gameboy Advance ROMs and palette loading from Nesticle & ZSNES save states as well as other bug fixes & improvements. You can download it here for now until the ROM hacking utilities section is converted over to the new database system.
