Tales of Phantasia 1.0 English

Now is the moment you've all been waiting for. At long last, DeJap has released their official Tales of Phantasia English patch. All of the Japanese text is now translated. However, there is still the matter of Japanese audio... A bonus patch will be released later and will include subtitles. Grab it at the SNES translations page.
