StretchMame32 with Kaillera 0.54 test 24

StretchMame32 with Kaillera support is an unofficial version of MAME32 with video mode stretch. Here's the following changes:
  • Integrated latest NJ's NEOGEO driver
  • Added vsync to windowed mode
  • Changed dip switch sending feature Get it at the M.A.M.E. page.
