StretchMAME32 test 13

StretchMAME32 is a special version of MAME32 that allows the screen to be stretched. Here's what's new:
Added Always On Top menu for windowed mode.
Added Center Window menu for windowed mode.
Added Adjust Aspect Ratio menu for windowed mode.
Fixed wrong color games with 32bit desktop. (e.g. Mario Bros.)
Restore window size and position with windowed mode. While running StretchMAME32 only. When you quit, it will be lost.
Added Disable DirectDrawClipper option. If you have speed problem with windowed mode, try this option. But this mode has many problems.
Fixed Warrior Blade automatic resolution selecting with scanlines.
