StretchMAME32 0.37 test19

This new test version is based off of MAME 0.37 beta 16. Here are the changes from the official version:
  • Fixed CAVE driver
  • Fixed Namco Classics driver But NVRAM is not working yet.
  • Fixed System16 driver Get StretchMAME at the MAME page. Thanks to Now inc for the news.
