Steem Engine and XSteem 2.3

Steem Engine, another fine AtariST emulator, was updated to v2.3 back on July 12. XSteem is a port of the emulator to Linux. Again, it's older news, but that doesn't mean people don't need to know about if they didn't already :) Here's what's new:
