SSF Traditional Chinese Language pack

This is a translation of a Sega Saturn Emulator for windows to Traditional Chinese. I dont know much more about this translation pack as it's in Traditional Chinese. Also this language pack has been updated awhile back and now I'm adding it. You can download this in the Sega Saturn Emulators section. Thanks to Abalone for the news.
