SPC to ROM Converter 1.0

This utility allows you to convert SPC files into SMC (SNES Rom) files. Such a conversion allows you to play SPCs in any SNES Emulator or (with the use of a copier) on the original hardware. Get it from the SNES Utilities page. Thanks to Cait Sith 2 for the news.
