Alucard informed us of a new release of this Sega Saturn Emulator. New to this release:

Partial VDP1 support (no VDP2)

Resolution can be changed (up to1280 by 1024). Note that as with most all of the other Sega Saturn Emulators the program does not play games... ...but it will load SEGA's dev programs as ISO files. Keep an eye on it. Get it from the Sega Saturn Emulators page.
