RockNES 1.900 for MacOS

The Mac port of RockNES has been updated again. Here's what's new:
In sync with v1.900 for DOS. Notable changes are a number of mapper fixes, the addition of mapper 57, and a bug fix to the noise sound channel.
Added filters to the Open dialog box. It is no longer possible to select a file that isn't a ROM or a FDS image.
The 128x128 icons now all appear properly under Mac OS X.
Fixed the pattern for 4x Arcade Blitting.
Fixed a problem that caused the single size blitter to appear when you resized the window to a larger size in some situations.
