PSFLab v1.04

Neill Corlett has updated his utility to create PSF files yesterday. Here's the latest:

PSF2 support bolted on. I haven't had time to implement this more thoroughly, but it should be sufficient for now

For all your PSF and PSF2 ripping needs, this is the tool.
