Pokemon Brown
posted in Misc. News by mfc on Jan 18th, 2004Coolboyman has released a Pokemon Red hack which is pretty much a complete overhaul of the game, while mixing elements from other games into it. Features according to the author:
- 11 Cities (10 that I made) you can go and explore (Such as Botan City, Owsauri City, Castro Valley)
- An ACTUAL storyline and plot
- Pokemon graphics will share graphics from Yellow, Red/Blue, and Jap Red/Green
- 20 Brand new Routes to explore (There's Routes 47-67, as well as 32 in Johto)
- Lots of events going on, like your typical RPG, can't go somewhere until you do something else
- The same feel as Pokemon Red and Blue, but playability taken to a bigger extent
- The ability to explore Ilex Forest, Alazea Town, and Slowpoke Well (From Johto!)
- You never know where you will go next!
- 100% free of glitches and confusion
- Lots of new areas, such as new caves and forests (Such as Castro Forest, Haunted Forest, Mt. Boulder, Silk Tunnel)
