Plugins Pack

Recently added plugins: Iori's DirectSound Driver 1.471 with lot of improvements (Reverb, Sustain Envelope, DMA transfer function on FPSE native, keyoff symptom on FF8,FF9,Chrono Cross) and implemented Main Volume.
