- Partially rewrote HLE BIOS
- Many fixes to GTE
- Small fixes to CD-ROM
- Added SPUasync support
- Improved windows MCD dialog
- Correct VGS MCD support, also added .gme support
- Fixed mdecs for some games
- Fixed a bug in Sio stuff
