PceAdvance v7.0 Released

- Added software sound mixer
- Added check for Nintendo DS
- Fixed a bug where emulated game could write to GBA ROM
- Fixed clock on EZ3 cards
- Fixed ROL & ROR instructions a bit
- Fixed ADC & SBC instructions a bit
- Fixed VRAM to VRAM DMA a bit
- Fixed screen height in Unscaled(Auto) mode
- Optimized VRAM read/write
