Oswan v0.72 (Unofficial)

This is completely unofficial, so please don't bug the author of Oswan about it. Two versions were released back to back, so here's what's new:
- v0.72
- Improved performance
- Put zalas sound code fix on
- Updated some sound related code
- Changed keys from c,x to v,b
