No Name MAME v0.82u3.12

David Maher wrote in to tell us about an update to his MAME variant which aims to have the most features and greatest compatibility. Here is what's new:
  • Updated to MAME 0.82u3 source
  • Reverted / updated to MadeInMame32 0.82 source
  • Now working again
  • Added a bunch more CPU optimization options
