News Roundup problem

A few people seem to have a problem with the News Roundup feature where they don't see any news if you use the HTML version. ZedPower is a visitor who uses Hotmail and solved the problem by displaying all the message headers and making sure the "Content-Type: text/html; charset=us-ascii" header was being seen. Most email programs automatically check for a content type...weird.
