New CPS-2 Shock release

CPS-2 Shock release 28 is Dungeons & Dragons: Shadow over Mystara (Japan 960206). Get the xor files at CPS-2 Shock. They have also updated CPS2MAME to include the game. Get it at the MAME page. Thanks to Cyber Akuma for the news.
