Nessie v1.00

Martin has let us know that he's released a new NES emulator for Windows after a year of work! The author started working on it as a personal project, but it became pretty good so he decided to release it to the public. Martin states that Nessie is what he wants in an emulator: simple and versatile. Here are the features:
