NeoPop v0.112

A new Neo Geo Pocket emulator was released a while back, but apparently we never found out. Anyways, it's called NeoPop. So far it has no sound, but hopefully that will be added soon. Since all the other NGP emulators are pretty much dead, this is the last hope for NGP fans. You can get it at the Neo Geo Pocket Emulators page. Thanks to akadewboy for the news.
