Neon64 Public Beta 1 v2 released

Halley's Comet Software writes: Neon64, the *second* NES emulator for the N64, is released! It is a Nintnedo Entertainment System emulator for the Nintendo 64, being coded entirely in R4300 assembly by Halley's Comet Software. Try it out now in the Emulators for N64 area.
