NeoMAME v0.53 for DOS

NeoMAME is based on MAME for DOS, which only runs Neo Geo games. Here's what's new in this version:
  • Uses NJ's NeoGeo Mame driver with scanline support
  • runs only NeoGeo games
  • used a modified Nasm version with (at least I've been told so) better assembling results
  • as usual I've added Diggerman Download it from the M.A.M.E. page.
