NeoGenesis v6

For the third time today, there has been a release of the Sega Genesis emulator for XBOX, NeoGenesis. This version is a bug fix of the save states, as they were working incorrectly when playing from an ISO because of a problem with clashing mp3's.

We can't offer this emulator for download because it uses XDK.
