Neo-Geo CD Emulator v0.3.5 fix released

Neo-Geo CD Emulator, a Neo-Geo CD Emulator for Windows, has been updated to version 0.3.5 fix. Since the documentation is in japanese, it is not known what is new. However, the homepage does show the emulator running in WindowsXP. Try it out now in the Neo-Geo Emulators area.
