Nebula 2.13a has been released. Here's what's new: NEOGEO:
  • Fixed Spinmasters gfx errors on the bottom lines.
CPS1:
  • Added SF2 KouRyu driver.
CPS2:
  • Improved CPU timing.
PGM:
  • Fixed crashing after a few minutes playing.
GENERAL:
  • Added SuperScale blitter.
  • Added auto-transparencies.
  • Fixed full interpolation mode.
