Nebula v2.12

Nebula, a multi arcade emulator for Windows, has been updated. New to this version:
    PGM
  • Added PGM system emulation. Only Oriental Legend is supported, because PGM games have protection chips that is different in all games. Take note that this is the first version, and may be some gfx glitches (mainly zoom related). Also note that there is no sound emulation yet. NEOGEO
  • No KOF2K1 driver will be added. CPS1
  • Fixed sprites disappearing. GENERAL
  • Fixed Scanlines when using 640x480.
  • Fixed all drivers rom names and CRCs to match MAME (Thanks to Logiqx).
  • Added plugin support for blitters (directory PLUGINS) see the included plugsrc.zip for some plugins sample src.
