Nebula v1.5

The CPS2, and now CPS1, emulator Nebula was updated today...here's what's new:
  • Added CPS1 support. Not all games added yet..
  • Sprite Masking and Priorities emulated.
  • Added a skin selector (new skin dir).
  • Support for up to 10 ROM directories.
  • Added pink BG option in the Shots factory.
  • Many other internal changes Snag a copy from the Multi-Arcade emulators. Thanks to ThumB for the heads up.
