The homepage for the multi-arcade emulator MESS has updated recently with this WIP report:

Saturday 16th December, 2000 - Stefano Priore sent in some screenshots of the Pravetz drivers (see below), and with information provided by Curtis Boyle added a CoCo (Extended BASIC 1.0), and CoCo 2 driver. Peter Trauner finished keyboard functionality in the Rockwell AIM65 driver. Kev Thacker fixed the memory handlers in the amiga and atarist drivers to conform to the new memory handler prototypes defined by the MAME core; however, more work needs to be done before these drivers are working. Kev also did some more work on the Jasmin disc support in the oric driver, the floppy disc interface starts to boot after fixing a bug in the wd179x driver where the head load flag was not being set properly; however, the Jasmin floppy interface doesn't boot completely due to other inaccuracies in the wd179x driver. Nathan Woods added commands that query driver specific file options and documented filters in imgtool. Tim Lindner applied Juergen Buchmueller's patch to the hd6309 cpu core so that the LDQ and STQ functions will compile correctly when compiler optimizations are used and also started to work on removing the big switch statements which were slowing down compilation time on the advice of Raphael Nabet.
