Mega Spanish Translation Update

I have updated the Spanish Translation section by making new sections for the different systems. The first section I have completed is the NES section. The details are much too long to list other then that there used to be about 6 NES games listed and now there is about 57 translations that are in various states of quality and are rated at 70% - 100%. The other sections I have blocked out untill completed. I thought that I would at least give you a preview for what's to come. Also you may notice that some NES translations are not there as some of them are roms and we cant include roms.
