Mega Gameboy English translation patch update

I have cleaned up the section some by fixing links to the group pages and also links to some of the patches. I have added some Gameboy patches as follows. Added: Doraemon Kart 100% Ottifanten - Kommando Stoertebeker 100% RPG Maker for Gameboy 99% Sailor Moon 95% Snowboard Champions 90% Check out all these cool patches in the English GameBoy transalations section.
