Mega-Edit 3 and Source

Bitmaster released a more recent version of Mega-Edit (unless if this is just a new compilation.) If you have interest in the project - it is a level editor for Megaman 3 - he has released the source code at his website. Download the current release from the Facelifting Utilities page.
