Mario 64 Savestates added

Both were submitted by John Ratliff and are for Mario 64....one for getting you to Bowser quick and another so you who have trouble getting all the 120 stars can see the 120 stars ending with no work. Once again, get 'em on our PJ64 SaveState Archive.
